Welcome to WealthTimeline. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our app and website. By creating an account or using WealthTimeline, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

WealthTimeline is a trading name operated as a sole trader business under the laws of England and Wales.

2. Who Can Use WealthTimeline

You can use WealthTimeline if you are at least 18 years old, are an individual consumer, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are accessing the service from a jurisdiction where it is lawful to do so.

3. Your Account

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. What WealthTimeline Provides

WealthTimeline gives you tools to track your income and expenses using a Wants/Needs/Savings framework, set and monitor savings goals, follow a personalised financial journey, and receive AI-generated insights.

Important: WealthTimeline is a personal finance management and educational tool. It does not provide regulated financial advice.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

WealthTimeline offers Free and Full Access tiers. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Free trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. As a UK consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WealthTimeline only for personal financial management. You must not use automated tools, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or access other users' accounts.

8. Your Content & Data

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

9. AI-Generated Insights

AI content is informational and educational only — not financial advice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of WealthTimeline are owned by or licensed to us.

11. Limitation of Liability

WealthTimeline is provided "as is". Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
